Our biggest fundraiser of the year, the annual gala brings supporters together for a signature night of celebration, performance, and philanthropy. This special evening connects our community for the purpose of supporting the arts in Las and fueling the transformative experiences that set LVA apart.
A Night that Shines Throughout the Year
Over the years, gala funds have powered an incredible array of enhancements: from upgrading our technology with cutting-edge Chromebooks to creating state-of-the-art spaces like a new recording studio, piano lab, and a whisper room.
We’ve also revitalized our theaters, resurfaced dance studio floors, equipped our print shop, and provided new instruments, masterclasses, and vital scholarships for college, camps, and travel. The impact of these galas on our students’ artistic journeys is immeasurable—join us, and be a part of something truly extraordinary!

14th Annual
Smith Center Concert
Each fall, LVA's Music Conservatory takes the stage at one of the most iconic performance venues in the country — Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts — for our Annual Smith Center Concert.
Now in its 14th year, this concert gives our student musicians the rare opportunity to perform in a world-class, professional concert hall, the kind of experience typically reserved for touring artists and major orchestras. For many of our students, it's their first time performing on a stage of this caliber, and that experience is transformative — building confidence, elevating their artistry, and reinforcing what's possible when talent meets opportunity.
Beyond the performance itself, the Smith Center Concert is a celebration of everything the LVA Music Conservatory represents: rigorous training, exceptional mentorship, and a community that believes deeply in the power of music education. Proceeds from the concert directly support the Conservatory, helping fund instruments, instruction, and experiences that keep LVA's music program among the best in the nation.
